Height adjustments from 10 feet down to 6 feet are made easily with The Storm's "Spring-Assist" design, eliminating the need for a crank, tools electricity or messy hydraulics. • The overhang extension distance is 5'6" with the rim at the regulation 10' height and a minimum of 4' at all lowered positions. Heavy foam padding protects players on the front, sides, and back of the base. The unit is extremely stable as well as durable and will not tip over when players dunk and hang on the rim. • A variety of backboard options are available including a full size 3 1/2' x 6' competition glass board.
